This line of thinking assumes Kelly ( Biel ) has no tools at her disposal to affect what happens to company.

What if there are multiple offers at play?

Think that scenario gives Kelly a little more leverage?

Seems like a likely scenario to me given the stakes, the preponderance interested entities looking to capitalize on market share and the proprietary protections granted to Biel via the patents..
