I am not sure on this point. A collaboration is not a commercial agreement. Such collaborations are typically what is covered under an NDA until it becomes a commercial agreement, which is generally the goal of any collaboration. But if it is not a commercial sales agreement I believe that the company can collaborate all they want under the secrecy of an NDA. Does anyone disagree on this?

I would think that if the BARD AI is accessing information that should not be public that Google could very well be held liable for disclosures like this. It is new territory, and I suspect that it is only the beginning.
