Haha, Sarissa banked a +50% ROI during the orchestrated +98% rally/-50% plunge - induced by the suspicious upgrade as a prelude to the proxy war that attracted rapid buying by sorry souls who thought their get-out-of-jail opportunity had finally come. The savior of Amarin had finally arrived and taken over.

You laughed at me when I said he was all about the money and had made bank trading the stock up, then down to lower his basis -- all so that he could sell off Amarin for the cost of parts. Well, that is what is going to happen as his basis has decreased a whopping 50% from 4.56 down to 2.29.

You have any proof he’s somehow short or just spewing opinion like it’s fact?

And I responded:

I outlined exactly what would happen - beginning with the squeeze price pattern runup, then the triple top, followed by the descending triangle breakdown and here we are... right on top of the gap with a complete round trip trade in the dust since Yee's phony upgrade. Somebody made a lot of money manipulating share price at retail shareholder's expense (especially those who added 24,000 shares on the proxy win news). I can't imagine they did it at Sarissa's expense too. In fact, I'm almost certain they were in on the orchestration / execution of this take down.

You all are so naïve thinking it can't happen... hahaha.

All of a sudden, The down-trend channel, overhead resistance, iceline, and stock pricing in bankruptcy is not just me "Tethering everything to charts but not reality" -- but is in fact reality, not to mention very meaningful characteristics that diabolically refute the FA hopes and dreams of $10/share.

Clearly, the TA chart was the only path that guided positive gains in AMRN. It was the only method that gave/gives clear signals whether to be long, short, or sheltered in a safe harbor. No one knows this better than Denner!

This chart says it all:
