Re missing Twitter influencer opportunity in July 2021 --

What was going on in July of 2021 (other than COVID-19) that Twitter 'influencers' would have helped Nixon with?

On Sunday I posted this timeline:

which shows that Nixon had already chosen to stop filing with Edgar in late 2020 (i.e., no follow-up to Nov 2020 NT 10-Q) , which just happened to be a little bit after Ilegal Mezcal filed its initial notice of Trademark Opposition (Sep 2020).

By April 2021, however, Ilegal Mezcal had begun to negotiate a settlement, which has taken two years to reach (according to the March 14, 2023 filing in the case).

This is pure speculation, of course, but if Nixon realized the advantage of a deal with Ilegal Mezcal, maybe anything like Twitter 'influencer' influence was inconsequential.

But, whether this speculation has any substance is what everyone is wondering and waiting for proof (or disproof) of.
