Here's a timeline of things that have happened since late 2020:

2020-09-09 Ilegal Mezcal files notice of opposition to graphic trademark; first 90 day request to extend to opposed
2020-11-17 NT 10-Q Inability to file (on time) by WCVC
2020-12-09 TRADEMARK BOARD NOTICE AND TRIAL DATES SET
2021-04-02 1st P MOT TO SUSP W/ CONSENT PENDING SETTL NEGOT (many more every 60 to 90 days)
2022-02-23 WCVC Registered in Florida
2022-02-24 WCVC REVOKED
2022-02-24 Takiza Taco and Tequila Bar registered, individual form
2022-02-24 Kalaka Mexican Kitchen tradename registered
2022-05-22 Kalaka Mexican Kitchen DLLC registered
2022-09-15 Takiza Taco and Tequila Bar
2022-09-25 Kalaka Berkely LLC registered
2022-11-02 El CAZO DLLC registered
2023-03-14 P MOT TO SUSP -- almost have a deal, Nixon needs to sign it

The above does NOT include:
* all of the intermediate requests for continuation of Trademark Board case
* registering a few LLCs more formally (not just by Nixon individually)
* closing of Capitol Hill Illegal Burger in Denver CO
* closing of Illegal Pizza in Lauderhill FL
* landlord case against Illegal Pizza Lauderhill LLC (Jan 2023 to now; almost settled, it seems)
* opening of 2nd Kalaka Mexican Kitchen
* buyout, refurbish, re-open of El Cazo Mexican Kitchen (late 2022)
* creation of takiza.com website (late 2022; 'opening soon' update recently in 2023)

It could all be coincidence, but I notice that Nixon's 1) decision to file with Edgar for an extension, followed by 2) not filing with Edgar at all, was preceded by Ilegal Mezcal's decision to oppose the Illegal Brands graphical logo Trademark in Dec 2020.

Since April 2021, Ilegal Mezcal and Illegal Brands IP (WCVC) have been in 'settlement negotiations,' which includes the entire period of Nixon's decision to allow WCVC to first go to the Expert Market (Sep 2022) and then get Revoked (Feb 2023).

That is two years (!!!) of settlement negotiations over one element of the Illegal Brands trademark, over the period of time that Nixon decided to no longer file and 'go private' (at least for a while).

BUT, at the instant WCVC got revoked, Nixon moved WCVC to Florida (on paper) and declared a (simple) share structure of 10B A/S, and created LLCs for his 2nd (now opened) Kalaka restaurant and his soon-to-open Takiza Taco & Tequila Bar(s).

Sooo ... what is so important re that Trademark that was worth 2 years of negotiations, and 'going dark' on the market, while at the same time (finally) showing growth in 2022 and 2023 (while at the same time closing 2 failing restaurants)?

Maybe it's just me; but who else wants to know?
