The Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, of trading in the securities of TOP Financial Group Limited (TOP) (CIK No. 0001848275), of Hong Kong , HK at 9:30 a.m. EDT on May 12, 2023 , and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT on May 25, 2023 .
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of TOP because of recent, unusual, and unexplained market activity raising concerns regarding the adequacy and accuracy of publicly-available information, in light of disclosures made concerning TOP's financial condition and scope of operations.
The Commission cautions broker-dealers, shareholders, and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by the company.
