I am not sure if it is the recent shares for the milestones. I just don't think they would sell this low below the high.
They know more than us as to what is happening at the Salton Seas. Things must be going well to give the shares for the milestones. Permits are close for CRT, there are at least 4-companies in that area. Lilac Systems was let go about a year ago.
