There should be a law that makes for mandatory activating of TPMs and SEDs!! TPMs and SEDs are already built-in and secure by design!! The law could start with any organization doing business with the federal government and all the federal agencies making the activation of this hardware security mandatory!!! Seatbelts and airbags were made the law and saved lives. This new law would protect organizations valuable data from getting into the wrong hands!!!
