Actually, while I forget who made the post (see above), which I can't find, someone on this Anavex MB posted about a Korean clinical trial that found ginseng effective wrt Alzheimer's and a Chinese clinical trial that found the same for herbal aromatherapy.

The name of the aromatherapy article is Effect of aromatherapy in patients with Alzheimer's disease: a randomised controlled clinical trial*. Seems I didn't write down anything about the ginseng trial.
