Thanks for Accelerated Approval video link! I recommend the whole explanation, which runs from 23-minute mark to 36-minute mark. At 34 minutes, Boi's question about the ethics of placebo-patients in a confirmatory trial for an approved, market-available drug is raised but not answered. (The moderator says the issue may be addressed later in the meeting, but I wasn't willing to wade through a 9-hour video to find it. If someone else finds it, please post the minute-mark.)

It's off-topic but too hard for me not to mention: The presenter of the explanation of AA was an acquaintance of mine in high school – my HS girlfriend's best friend -- whom I haven't seen nor followed since my senior year as a college undergraduate. So that was a kick. Her brother is generally considered the world's foremost string-theory physicist.
