They've got 17 acres left in Sawston, right? They should be able to move that, if they have to.


It is on the books for 82K. And that valuation would have been established in 2018 when they sold Sawston, so should be about right. Also, IIRC it has a lien on it already.

PM is correct. They are the worst position they have been in for several years. Not only are they out of cash in weeks, but they already have taken in $5.6M in advance payments.

They will find a way. That is what LP knows how to do. But it will start getting more expensive.
