Not sure I follow your logic. Is what you are saying is that the surrogate markers are more important than clinical results? If I am diagnosed with Az...I would want what ever provides the best clinical results. If I had amyloid plague reduction but also cognitive decline...guess I would meet the surrogate and not really care... Isn't that the issue with mabs...not to mention also safety?
