What's the big harm if we get our hopes up? I can only see the benefits from hoping. For now, if we have dry powder, hope will motivate us to keep loading.

Any idea why Merck hasn't released the results on its subcutaneous trial. Roche already filed for approval almost six months ago. Merck already fell behind on this regard. Seems like Merck is not worried about it.
