So here is some DD for you:

Coastal Group Partners, LLC (CGP) is a subsidiary of Advance Energy Group, LLC, (a huge Nevada based commodity broker)
So, CGP is not a defunct company that was established 2020 as you claim. In fact Coastal Group Partners was established over 15 years ago. From my research it appears N-95 Shield was created under the direction of these two entities, so that's why I kept saying don't focus on this shell company but the real company behind it.

ADVANCED ENERGY GROUP, LLC (aegoil.com) is the parent company Coastal Group Partners (https://www.cgp-aeg.com/) and direct partnership.

AEG OIL – Subsidiary of CGP-AEG consortium

Michael M. Zarkovacki, Chief Executive Office of Coastal Group Partners, LLC, is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the fuel sector partnership between Coastal Group Partners, LLC and Advanced Energy Group, LLC.

Here is some info on the folks running the company.

His Executive Partners include Dr. Hamid Mohammadi, AEG President and Mr. Stacy Peterson, AEC SVP, along with a team of over 50 consultants, brokers, facilitators and legal advisors, employees, and partners. CGP-AEG also works extensively in the private and banking financial sectors with a strong backing of private and institutional investors, giving them the building blocks required for their future vision in fuel and further development.

CGP and their family member's capacity and expertise have a strong history spanning the globe which includes:
A family that has been involved with in all phases of the oil and gas business for over 65 years.
A track record of successful procurement and deliveries of hundreds of millions of barrels of crude oil.
Proven record of meeting and exceeding refinery and power plants capacity needs.
A family that is one of the largest drilling enterprises in Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Russian Federation.

I write all this to reiterate the fact that Mr. Klug would not get involved in this type of major purchase agreement without proof of fund from the buyer. CGP and AEG have the financial backing to make good on that arbitration judgement. From my experience, each day that judgment is not paid, there is additional cost added to it daily. At the end, RedHawk through its attorney entered into this contractual agreement where the buyer refused to comply. Now must pay $50M, which is a win for $SNDD.
