Who benefits from manipulation down. No one is swooping in to pick up the bargain price shares. With the consistent low price it makes no sense. That's why we need to get on Nasdaq. It'll stop the apparent price manipulation and bring in the necessary volume. Since out fundamentals are sound. The price should go up not down. Most reverse splits are by floundering companies.
