The Market Makers is my guess and "IF" there is manipulation we must ask ourselves, "who is benefitting the most from a 3 cent share price" ??? ??? It used to be that the CEO had to dilute the shares to keep Elite from going under and the dilution was A LOT over the years .. Now we do not need to dilute any longer to keep Elite from going under but yet the CEO dilutes for his benefit !!!!!! Why does he continue to HURT the retail shareholder by diluting our shares while the share price is as low as it's ever been ???? He has other options, he could just pay himself $1 Million per year or take $500,000.00 per year as his salary and stop hurting the share price with HIS dilution !!!!!!!!!!!!!
