Control Block LLC has 2 members-Graham Cox and Ethan Zachadnyk each with 50% membership.
They own 5 billion common shares
Plus another billion

I find it hard to believe they would shoot themselves in the foot and split unless they convert those to preferred shares that wouldn't be affected.
Nothing surprises me anymore in the cesspool of pink sheets though
