You see as I have saying all along that a PM P3 is very like required. That now seems something like 100% the case.

I have also been saying that if the new disease specific biomarkers, stated under other outcome measures, were to prove strongly correlated to response and clinical benefits - then AA out of the P2b/3 might be possible. Well actually the P2b trial - full stop.

Given what we have now heard from Missling, it seems this could be a potential pathway to AA. I keep my expectations low on this and hope for good news.
