No, why would you say that? It's not mentioned and they would be crazy at this stage to do that.

What I see.

1. A clearer note on shell status! Pg. 4
2. Didn't see before about Steam as game platform engine but that's the best imo. Good news!
3. Private placement of shares. Not a bad thing for a pink IMO. At this stage at least!
4. MOre info on our rights, blah blah blah , and the fact they have enough shares to not ever need a vote from us at this point. Nor would they. It's the pinks. : )


I see everything here as good and ready to launch! What are other opinions?
