Some humor to try to put the number of outstanding shares in perspective:

Assume every share of Todos stock was printed on a sheet of 8 ½ x 11 paper.

Now even though the moon’s distance to the earth varies because it circles in an elliptical pattern, we will use the average distance of 238,900 miles.
238,900 times 5280 feet equals 1,261,392,000 feet
1,261,392,000 times 12 inches equals 15,136,704,000 inches.
Each share is 11 inches long so
15,136,704,000 divided by 11 equals 1,376,064,000 shares.

Now assume all the longs have climbed this chain of shares and are on the moon.
Now they are trying to return on another chain.
They need another 1.376,064,000 shares issued to get home. Currently there are
2,248,757,186 outstanding shares minus the 1,376,064,000 needed to build the
first chain leaves 872,693,186 for the second chain. They are only 63% of the way home.
They need another 503,370,814 shares to be issued to get home.

Question: What do the longs hope for.

Option 1;
GC prints another 503,370,814 and they get home safe.
Good News. They are back on earth.
Bad news; Todos is now diluted to 2,752,128,000 shares

Option 2:
GC reverse splits 1/500 today leaving only 4,497,514 shares outstanding and the chain implodes.
Bad News: They are left floating in space.
Good News: They don’t have to watch the demise of the company.

If I were long I think I would go with Option 3.

Issue enough shares to get me into earth’s atmosphere.
Then R/S.
Then I would plummet to the earth at breakneck speed.
Good News: Gotta be less painful than watching my investment disappear everyday.
Bad News: None. I am still done with Todos.
