I've been wondering that very thing myself.

Why would those who question us as shareholders on whether we actually own Todos shares or are actually buying Todos shares as we have posted, then get upset or agitated when we post proof of those trades or our Todos positions?

I'm excited to see what new products are brought to market in the coming months. I think I understand why financials aren't current regarding the convertible debt holders. Seems like the strategy is to hold them (likely just him) at bay until certain goals are reached.

Here's how I would do it. Release 10-K on a Friday after market close. Folks can rant and rave all weekend with their disappointment if they choose. Release the 10-Q on Monday before market open with better revenues and improved outlook. Release news stories in conjunction with 10-Q release and during the following days or weeks. If RR wants to continue dumping his shares, there should be enough buying interest to absorb his remaining holdings.
