Gregg,

I have seen so many penny stocks in this position. Once the OS reaches this level ,EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM, that I have ever followed has reverse split.
It's either that or languish in eternity on the pink sheets at .0001 to .0010.
Those are the only 2 options.

So why would anyone think this ticker will be different.

The company has nothing going for it.
1) If Tollovid or Tollovir were worth anything, big pharma would've scooped this puppy up.
2) Every initiative this company has tried has failed (mobile labs, testing etc)
3) No one will join in on the crowdfunding because they know the risk is too great.
4)Revenues and loss must've been through the roof because Todos won't even file financials.
5) The CEO is lost. Already failed with AMBS and now has done it again.
6) Struggling to pay its employees shows what dire straits this company is in.
7) Moratorium on selling to end soon. SP will soon be at all time lows.

I could go on and on.

So why would this ticker not follow the same path as the hundreds that came before it and found themselves in this situation?
