The first foundry "deal" will remove a huge amount of perceived risk of this investment.

Do we all want it tomorrow? Yes. Will I sell my shares if they don't announce a foundry deal by May 25th? Absolutely not! It could not be more clear that there will be a commercialization event in the near future.

We know they are negotiating 'something' right now. We know the material is ready from the latest presentations which also coincide with Lebby's comments last fall at HC Wainwright. We know that the EOP PDK has graduated past being "in discussion" to "operational" in the last 12 months. We know in the last 12 months a transceiver maker has started development of an EOP modulator based transceiver.

What LWLG management MUST do at the shareholders meeting is be abundantly clear about what has/is stopping them from putting final signatures on the first public agreement.
