In reading the last 3 paragraphs it appears Codelco is proud of the "in-house" foot-dragging/delays they have manufactured over the last 6 years to avoid committing any resources/manpower/money to actually extracting lithium in their Marcela Hernando supported siege on Maricunga to try outlast the privateer miners in the 2nd largest salar in Chile trying to "outlive" the legal junior lithium miner property owners enshrined on this salt flat. Once again, Codelco is refusing to identify any of the Whitey/gringos they are talking to or give any sense of tangible progress on negotiations with the miners they are talking to, or produce any updated timeline on signing contracts with these lithium miners... we here note that not one single Codelco rep has visited our company since Mommy's Boy Gabby Boric's April 20 NLP speech.

I read this May 9 article from Maximo Pacheco as a feeble attempt to look busy on the lithium NLP program even though he knows in his heart that the newly-empowered Republicans are eventually going to kill whatever he comes up with on making Lame Duck Boric's half-baked clusterfocked NLP work.
