I've always wondered what I would do if I landed into a huge sum of $$$, and a yacht came to mind. You could hire a crew and rent it out 80% of the time when you're not using it, but the maintenance on yachts is so high it really isn't worth it. Hiring a quality crew isn't cheap either, and you would want your guests, both yours and as well as potential clients to have a positive experience, and one that's safe.
