Market Makers can NOT quote a ticker without a form 211 being filed.

What the above means is that Sharp has to find a MM that will file a Form 211 for WNFT.

How is this trading in real time without multiple market makers sponsoring it via a form 211 (or a least one anyway/others piggy backing)?


The answer is that you are mistaken speaking completely out of context.

Why hasn't Sharp started the process

...Good Grief.
