You forgot to mention the following about WNFT.

What the above means is that Sharp has to find a MM that will file a Form 211 for WNFT.

Why hasn't Sharp started the process - and the BS that Sharp has to wait until the lawsuit has been adjudicated is complete nonsense.

That is just another example for Sharp to drag this out because he doesn't have a real company lined up for a reverse merger.
