You are correct!

Even if there are stock manipulators at work, (unproven in court so far), Missling should be treating investor communications, as well as media communications, as a very high priority. And I agree he should also doing much more to be fully prepared for any comments or criticisms coming his way and to be proactive. Unfortunately, communicating with investors seems to be little more than an afterthought and an annoyance.

One effect of poor communications is a discount to the fair value of the stock, and with Missling periodically putting shares to LPC in order to raise cash, that means it’s costing shareholders in the form of more dilution that it should be. Of course, there are shareholders here who don’t seem to mind being on the losing end of excess dilution but that’s nothing new.
