what does that partner have to offer?

If it is just money, then keep taking loans, deploy shares, find ways to generate revenues (Sawston) but don't give up control to someone who cannot do what they can do, which is create a safe, synergistic, effective cure for cancer and possibly many other diseases. Stay true NWBO!
