Does anyone know the time frame for collecting the additional $1.4 billion in cash receipts? 2 yrs, 3 yrs, 5 yrs? Is it in addition to the current $100 million in projected revenue per quarter? Quote from the conference call:

Our recent success has driven our cash balance to $950 million as of March 31. In addition, thanks to the significant agreements reached over the last few quarters, we expect an additional $1.4 billion of cash receipts under current agreements.
