It is my belief now that with Jose Antonio Kast primarily helping "shape" the next constitution that Kast secondarily will now also be able to easily slowly twist the balls off every single thieving member in the Gang of 7 https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=171761538 (including Marcela Hernando's balls) and that Kast will next spearhead an effort to constitutionally REPEAL the no longer necessary outmoded Strategic Mineral Classification on Lithium in order to permanently stop all the leftists/commies from further profiting on any future bribes/kickbacks/payoffs and artificial sub-contracts from "captive" junior lithium miners awarded to leftists/commies' relatives/mistresses/whores to perform simple cheap-cheap clean-up work on the lithium project sites for excessive millions of dollars to be split late at night with the "facilitating" leftist/commie bureaucrats "off the books".

If I were giving odds, then I would say there is a 65% chance the Strategic Mineral Classification on Lithium will be repealed under the new constitution along with the enactment of a dozen much-needed well-defined Neo-Liberal based new laws benefiting miners... and a year from now we will all be thanking Jose Antonio Kast who is surely going to run for president of Chile again in 2026.
