I believe that we'll find that by the time the share price reaches the $5 area roughly half the shares will be Institutionally owned, by $10 it will be closer to 90%. This doesn't mean that nearly all of us have sold out, or sold most of our shares, but essentially every newly issued share will go to Institutions.

Individual investors will have made the greatest percentage gains, but it's largely the Institutions that will make the greatest financial gains. I would hope that the majority of us maintain at least some ownership of the shares we currently hold. Personally I intend to keep the majority of what I own, and allow them to pass on to my daughters establishing a new tax basis for them when my wife and I are no longer here.

I have learned a lesson this week, that I hope won't be repeated, when IMGN went up dramatically. Fidelity suddenly gave it zero margin credit because of it's volatility. At previous times I've thought of buying a Tesla, or similarly priced electric car largely on margin, unless I can assure the broker cannot do something similar in the future, I might abandon making a purchase in that way. To me it seems crazy that on Monday I had roughly $100K in buy power, and a small margin position, and on Tuesday my equity was up dramatically, and I actually had a margin call. By Thursday I deposited funds to cover it, and still my account shows zero buy power. Had I carried a substantial margin outstanding such maneuvers by a broker could cause massive sales in spite of having made major gains. I spent hours speaking with Fidelity about it, but thus far nothing has changed. Anyone else experiencing this with other brokerages?

NWBO at this time doesn't contribute to buy power, I believe it will once the share price exceeds $3 or $4 but probably isn't fully marginable until it's around $7 unless rules have changed. I believe well before it's $7 the CBOE will choose to offer options, and that will create another opportunity, time will tell.
