However, the real catastrophe for President Boric and for the Left, capable of provoking an existential crisis within the government, would be for the Right to take full control of the Constitutional Council. In such a case, we could end up with an “unspeakable” text for the ruling party that would bury its emblematic reforms, such as pensions and healthcare, whose most controversial elements would be settled in un-appeal-able constitutional norms

.... which indeed all sounds fine to me. I would be happy to see Right parents firmly straighten out Mommy's Boy Gabby Boric's many stubborn/thieving juvenile messes and ultimately put this whole government plus this economy back on the Neo-Liberal track to prosperity via more permanent hardcopy constitutional reform.
