Once McAlister puts all his existing properties inside the company, we could see $40.0-$80.0 million market cap or more. That’s .90-$1.80. All his properties most likely have EQUITY and INCOME, most likely PROFITS too. Immediate and DRAMATIC changes to the BALANCE SHEET and INCOME STATEMENTS.

Then we have a NAME & TICKER change coming up soon, maybe before assets move into ticker.
