I do not expect it to go to 2 or 20 this month somewhere in-between but it won't affect my position and I’d only be setting myself up for disappointment. I guess if you are the gambling type, you could play the options, as for me I’m a do my homework buy and hold em guy.

The announcement yesterday that Lightwaves material can work in Cryogenic Quantum COMPUTING is huge, honestly, I did not understand it at first and basically thought OH look the perkinamine can hold up at very low temps just as it can hold up at high temps.

This is not the same room temp 2km to 10km Communications market that team Lightwave is focusing on.

The lab shipped off some Perk and a third party dropped into yet another device and it worked AGAIN. I’m not sure many understand that.

Why is the Cryogenic Components important? It is all about the Qubit watch the video

What takes Classical computers millions of years to calculate a quantum computer can do in minutes.

Quantum computers can be used to perform tasks and analyze datasets that even the most powerful supercomputers cannot handle. Instead of using regular bits, quantum computers use quantum bits or “Qubits” which can only be detected at extremely low energy levels and at temperatures close to absolute zero.

Again this may possibly permit Lightwave to do a Licensing agreement with a third party. As I understand it Licensing means that we reach an agreement to provide the material to a third party and they provide the resources to develop it. Rather than just sell it to a third party, in my mind, I see these kinds of markets (verticals) as an excellent opportunity to grab a piece of that and rein in the shorting by providing some sort of special dividend to the shareholders.

Company A wants the right to use perk in a market, they are not just going to develop devices with the hope that they will be able to buy perkinamine in 2 years because Lightwave could get bought out and they would be left with a device without any magic to make it operate and triple the speed.

Some of you are getting yourself so worked up that you are setting yourself up for disappointment. Some even freak out when the share price drops a penny, it would be interesting to do a post count on those types.

That announcement was Kind of a big deal.

You guys do understand that 90% of companies to not achieve every single goal every year, that is 9 out of 10 so I’m not going to freak out if lightwave only checks 80% of the boxes. I’m a realist and as long as they are working deals that is fine with me. Negotiating 101, the last thing you want is to be placed against the wall during a negotiation just for an artificial timeline. If they can get a better deal by delaying the negotiation I’m all for that and we do not need to know every detail in why. It is kind of interesting to watch the shorts manipulate some, but ho hum 20 Million is shares is a lot of shares to cover so I understand their concern.
