Pretty big assumption that the agreement between Amarin and Mochida for MND-2119 automatically transfers to an acquirer. If I were Mochida, I'd have a clause to sever/renegotiate the exclusivity agreement in the event of a change of ownership. That's their IP, not Amarins. I wouldnt allow anyone else access to it simply thru acquisition.
