I understand your point, the very big news is that the US Department of Transportation has finally stepped up, and put a definitive value on the cutoff point of THC, just like that of alcohol readings from a breathalyzer.

A big argument up to this point, was that there was no set standard to a "legal limit" for THC, and that tests only showed positives - that could be weeks old in their system. Anyway you look at it, this is positive news, and breaks down that barrier going forward...
