Insolvency at all these challenged regional banks is caused by large uninsured accounts being moved to one of the big banks. FDIC doesn't seem to think it's their job to insure uninvested cash so it doesn't move. Too bad, some great regional and community banks will go away.

If stock market experts were expert, they would buy stock instead of sell advice.
