1. Get alz approval first in Oz, Asian partner handles manufacturing, sales and distribution. Cash upfront payment and sales percentage, no or little ownership.

2. Rett NDA filed this year. collect voucher on approval.

3. Alz NDA filed, with Rett approval and OZ alz approval, we get approved.

4. Contract manufacturer and distribution. AVXL keeps 75% of revenues to bottom line.

All by June 2024.
