Thanks for posting GG. Definitely describes the tough spot that Amarin is in. Of course that is what can happen when a tiny 1 product company decides to GIA and not settlement a patent suit.

The one thought that struck me was years ago on this board many here (including myself) were bashing analysts for not giving much value for the EU. Whether they were lucky or not (thinking Covid), they seem to have been right. IF, if we ever get reimbursements in all EU countries, it would have taken so long that the IP runway will be quite short.

Don't know what the heck I was thinking by holding into the DuDecisionDisaster. Lesson learned that not every trial gets settled on the 1st day of a trial like Dominion v. Fox.
