But why MMs let it go in a normal trading manner is still a mystery



sooner or later they switch sides... part of the game plan for a day or a longer term plan for all MM traders... sometimes it is for a short drop and often for a bigger long term gain...

this looks like a long term game plan switch as the early big MM players from the past were several cents higher during the first half hour
