A smart trader knows the last thing Kramer would want is for the company to be revoked. He would get 0 of his money back if the company was not trading. The only way Kramer gets repaid is if DBMM is trading and he can sell his shares. DBMM has 0 money to repay him, hence why the court awarded Kramer DBMM in the first place.
