According to Mark it will not come B4 the 60 days is up. Suggested to Mark to file quarterlies, and annual report (to get the current pink status earlier) but Mark is going to follow what the OTC tells him to do and go from there. Probably file quarterlies and annual reports after current pink status. Personally I think it helps to file quarterlies and annual financials asap to get pink current status earlier but what do I know (I am not familiar with the process) only going by logic that the more transparent a company is to its shareholders the faster the process will go for becoming pink current.
