I would suspect that Sarissa is going to dump as much waste onto Q1 as possible so they can move forward clean. Although I'm not sure they had much time to clear stuff out before the end of the quarter.

So I don't think there is going to be any big surprises in either direction in terms of the actual numbers. The big takeaways will be what they have to say about plans going forward. That's really all that matters.

I'm hoping for something big (even if it's just a bold statement about their strategy/philosophy going forward). If this is more of a "business as usual" quarterly CC, I will be very disappointed.
