All this talk about Merck and others is nonsense. The reality is that LP has alienated the investment community and BP. There is nothing being announced at NYAS as we are not presenting. The lawsuit is months away from any new information, and even then, nothing actionable. The 10Q, which was filed on May 10th last year, may be the only info we get for months. And even that will be parsing breadcrumbs again and frankly, could be bad news. If we don't see a marked increase in Specials revenue, not good. So, like it or not, that is the reality of where we are. The only one who can change that is LP by providing proper guidance to investors.
