The IRS won't take worthless VCSY shares. There will be no criminal charges filed, because if there were they'd already done that. He won't see prison, and he's really lost nothing because he sucked all that money out of VCSY for years and he's almost dead. He's 84 and overweight. He got a free ride for over two decades while he screwed shareholders. You HAVE lost everything, you just don't know it yet. The stock is worthless and I still believe it will never trade again. The new "management" has no clue.
