Everyone who can attend should try to attend the next hearings. Ask permission to speak to the Judge. Let him know how many shareholders were harmed by Wade and for how long. Some over 20 years! I think our BoD and attorney deserves a roaring round of applause. Let’s hope Luiz gets at least some of Wade’s shares. If it wasn’t for Luiz, we’d have all lost everything. I guess it’s all going to depend on what the shares are valued at? .02 is last closing price. I’m guessing that will be what the judge values them at. 80,000,000 shares at .02 is only $1,600,000. That’s not even enough to pay his IRS debt. Luiz would get nothing Imo So let’s hope the judge values them at mkt open price? Or? Not sure how it will work, but it will be up to the Judge. Imo Doc.
