Dizziness was not a disqualifying problem.

...we know there was unexplained dizziness experienced by some patients. Was hypotension induced by Blarcamesine the cause of the dizziness seen in some patients or not?

But, importantly, the dizziness was not particularly frequent, and it apparently quickly resolved itself; either by a period of time, alone, or by reducing the dosage.
