jhd51, I have finally given into COOP's manipulating of the PPS as long as they have money set aside to buy cheap shares as there is no news to induce buyers to jump in at this moment in time. I suspect we will see a rise in the PPS closer to the SH Meeting or perhaps during the meeting or shortly thereafter if other "news/mergers/transactions/etc" is brought forth as the Proxy indicated they may be.
