Sharp hasn’t sold one share or issued new ones to DILUTE. How can he pick anyone’s pocket from people selling shares in the open market on an exchange?

Answer: He can’t.

The shares being traded are between traders, you know, owners of shares? Do you know how a stock exchange even works? It’s where shareholders buy and sell shares amongst themselves?
